We don’t charge you a fee for our service
There is no charge to you for our services because the lender pays us a commission once your loan has settled. We do charge a commitment fee for home loan pre-approval applications, however we will refund this to you upon settlement of your home loan. We will always aim to provide a trusted, friendly and professional mortgage broking service.
Our Process
Step 1 - Discussion
We discuss what you are looking to achieve, how we can assist you and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to proceed with a home loan application we will then gather your specific information and confirm your financial status.
Step 2 - Negotiation
We search across hundreds of mortgage products to find the right mortgage solutions for you. We then work hard negotiating with the different lenders to determine the most suitable solution that is tailored to your individual circumstances.
Step 3 - Recommendation
We will make a recommendation to you once we have identified the most suitable solution that is tailored to your individual circumstances. We will also provide you with alternative options so that you can make an informed decision.
Step 4 - Submission
We will prepare the home loan application for you to sign. Once signed, we will then submit the application to your chosen lender and keep you up to date with the progress.
Step 5 - Approval
This is the most rewarding part of the entire process. We will give you a call to let you know that your new home loan has now been approved. You’re getting the money!
Step 6 - Settlement
We ensure that the settlement process runs as smoothly as possible between all parties. You can now enjoy a better home loan deal or pick up the keys to your new home!
