  • To qualify for a professional loan offer, you need to prove you are registered to practice as a CA, CPA, CFA, or FIAA in Australia. This can be evidenced by current membership of:

    - Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand

    - CPA Australia (or a comparable international accounting body with evidence of mutual recognition by CPA Australia)

    - Chartered Financial Analyst Institute Australia

    - Current Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia

    A minimum income of $150,000 usually applies, which can sometimes include investment income or your partner’s income.

  • If your job title is not on the list, you might still be eligible for an LMI waiver if your role is a minor variation or you can establish that you perform similar work. For example, titles such as Tax Accountant, Internal Auditor, or roles in Financial Planning & Analysis with the relevant qualifications are often eligible.
